Our cottage is a short drive or bike ride to all of Wellfleet's attractions, including the Cape's last classic Drive-In Movie theater, live performances at the Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater (W.H.A.T.), magnificent ocean beaches, sheltered bay beaches, the Audubon Sanctuary, the 26-mile Rail Trail for biking, fresh-water kettle ponds, live bands nightly at the Beachcomber, the famous French pastries of PB Boulangerie and Bistro, and all the galleries and restaurants of downtown Wellfleet. If you ever want to leave Wellfleet, you're only a short 20-minute drive from Provincetown where you'll find art galleries, fishing, whale watching (go see the whales!), restaurants, and night life.

The Cozy Cape Cottage

Step back in time and relax as you experience the outer Cape of bygone days. Our cozy, 1940s era Cape cottage is situated on a quiet lane next to the Pilgrim Spring conservation area with lovely wooded walks to the marsh and less than a mile from Fox Island and Indian Neck Beach on the bay side with views to Great Island great spots for sundowners.

The Cozy Cottage has a selection of classic board games, a collection of books featuring local cape authors and good beach reads, as well as an eclectic collection of CDs. For those who don't want to fully unplug, we have WiFi Internet and a Bose stereo. Our cottage sleeps 4 people, has a good sized well-equipped kitchen, a screened-in sleeping porch, and a working fireplace for cool evenings in late summer or early fall. The yard includes a wonderful outdoor shower, a deck, charcoal grill, peeks to the marsh, lovely perennial plantings, and a hammock under the shady locust trees.
